This apartment complex is intended to display the revival of modernism minimal architecture which was vanished from construction since is Islamic revolution in Iran.

This 7 units luxurious apartment complex made of  white cement rendering, in cubic shape, with random openings and facades and modern Aluminum frames is placed on a leaning concrete platform resting on transparent pilotis that makes it appear to float.

Geometric simplicity is carried through from the exterior facades to minimalist interior design.
