This structure has a very modern and technologically advanced envelope design as well as a very simple recreational space organization inside. The double façade envelope, which is fully hi-tech can provide low energy equipment for cooling and heating the large bulk of the building.

The building design calls for bands of striped and curved aluminum facade on top and a glass facade on the bottom.
