Combination of Cinema complex and shopping center is a common architectural concept in Tehran’s today construction.

This building has a shopping center in lower levels near ground, and 4 cinema-halls above commercial spaces and on the top there is a restaurant and a bowling and a billiard club. The composition of these functions above each other in a translucent envelope provides a complicated glazed object , on the other side of a very important cross of the Kamranieh street.

This is going to be one of the most important attractions in this area specially during the night with lights, visible inside movements and commercial signs.
